In 2001, within the "Sistema Peccioli" born Finev S.p.A., a holding company formed by Peccioli and Technodeal s.r.l., a spin-off of Scuola Sant'Anna of Pisa, with the dual aim of::

• facilitate the development of local businesses and facilitate actions for start-up companies with high technological innovation;
• short-term loans granted to citizens of Peccioli.

In 2007 FINEV was transformed in Investment Management Company (SGR) to develop 900 hectares of land belonging to the municipal area on which there are about 40 country houses held by the "Società Agricola Fondi Rustici Peccioli".

To this end, in the course of processing, FINEV SGR sought specific financial skills with the shareholders of five banks operating in the territory and some professional partners.

On 17th March 2009 the company was authorized to provide asset management services by art. 33 of TUF and entered at number 280 of the dawn of the Company Asset Management held by the Bank of Italy under art. 35 of TUF.

FINEV SGR provides - through the promotion and establishment of real estate funds - professional service-oriented enhancement of collecting, upgrading and development of real estate.

The FINEV SGR's tema is composed of highly specialized professionals for the management of major real estate for development and urban redevelopment and housing.
